The best trade union committee has been determined

In our country, special attention is paid to the work of trade union committees as  the authoritative public force at the forefront of activities to protect workers' rights. Evidence of this is the announcement November 11 as the Day of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan and giving it the status of the state holiday by the leadership of the Republic.

It has become a good tradition to talk about the work done and honor the best specialists on the eve of the holiday. This year was not the exception. On November 6, in the Energy China conference hall of the Bunyodkor office, the award ceremony was held for the winners and prize-winners of the competition "The Most Exemplary Primary Organization", held by the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Energy, Oil-Gas and Geology Workers once every two years.

The award ceremony was attended by the responsible persons of the Republican Council S. Egamberdiev and R. Juraev, Deputy General Director, Administrative Director of Enter Engineering T. Abdullaev, Chairman of the Joint Venture "E.E.F.S." A. Yunusov, Head of the HSE Department Sh. Khodjaev, chairman and members of the Trade Union Committee of the company.

The main purpose of the competition is to identify and encourage advanced primary trade union organizations operating in the enterprises, organizations and institutions of the country, to promote and disseminate their experience, to enhance the role of primary trade union organizations in the socio—economic life and development of these enterprises.

It is pleasant to note that the Enter Engineering Trade Union Organization became the winner of this prestigious competition. The result is all the more honorable because more than 320 primary trade union organizations that are the members of the RTUC of energy, oil and gas and geology workers took part in the competition. 

During the event, in the solemn atmosphere, the chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the company Bobir Kenjaev and the chief specialist Klara Khamraeva were awarded diplomas and certificates of honor for their special contribution to the work of the Trade Union Committee.
