You don't need a reason for a good deed. Another charity event was organized by Enter Engineering Group during these pre-holiday days. We were immensely happy to give a gift on behalf of the company to the people who need moral and material support the most.
The disabled mutual social aid society “Mekhribonlik” in Chilanzar district of the capital brings together 150 persons with disabilities (the Society members), low-income families and persons disabled since childhood. According to Nargiza Kuchkartaeva (a person with category II disability), deputy chairperson of the Non-profit NGO, the organization holds regular mass-cultural events during which it distributes food, inventory & intangible items provided by state and non-state sponsoring organizations.
For charity purposes, the company funds were used to buy foodstuffs, bedding, health aids/sanitary equipment, detergents and, most importantly, two state of the art wheelchairs for the Non-profit NGO Mekhribonlik.
Oksana Chusovitina, eight-time Olympic team gold medalist (1992), Champion of Asia, and an Honored Coach of Uzbekistan, participated in the humanitarian aid event. It is noteworthy that most of the children, despite their disabilities, are involved in sports. No words can describe the intensity of feelings and emotions when meeting Oksana Aleksandrovna. Even those who find it hard to clap their hands applauded. Joy and admiration were on everyone's face.
Oksana Alexandrovna gave a speech in which she emphasized the following:

I've been in sports almost all my life. I have had a lot of injuries, bruises, and fractures. After each next injury, I thought "that's it, this is the end of my sports career". As chance would have it, it was in those days that I watched a documentary about children with disabilities doing sports. The film told about their resilience, determination and great desire to live and make their lives more interesting and better. What I saw was the perfect motivation for me to get up and move on. You, too, are doing good job, being engaged in what you are interested in, moving forward for new achievements and victories. You are true heroes for me!
