Enter Engineering specialists have successfully completed the year 2023, — the construction of a booster compressor station (BCS) at the Yuzhnaya Tandyrcha field in the Kashkadarya region has been completed.

This project, implemented by Enter Engineering at the request of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, is aimed at ensuring deeper development of natural gas reserves at the field, as well as a significant increase in daily natural gas production.

In less than two years, the industrial facility was built, the design of which embodies modern technical solutions to ensure a stable supply of natural gas in conditions of reduced production and a natural drop in reservoir pressure. The main task of the station is to deliver gas from the Yuzhnaya Tandyrcha field to the Shurtan base compressor stations under high pressure and maximize the development of existing hydrocarbon reserves.

The station's design uses Superior WH74 type gas piston compressors and Superior 16SGTD type engines from Cooper Machinery Services (USA). There are also 6 gas-piston power plants of the Austrian company Jenbacher (Austria), each of which generates 800 kW of electricity per hour. The design of the station uses technological equipment and devices manufactured in the Russian Federation, China and other countries. Each closed-type gas pumping unit has a pressure boosting capacity of 1.5 million cubic meters of natural gas per day. According to the design decision, 2 units operate in operating mode, and 1 unit is in standby mode.

It is noteworthy that 1.8 million cubic meters of gas per day were produced from 40 wells belonging to the field, and after the launch of the station this figure will amount to 2.3 million cubic meters per day. Currently, more than 50 mechanical engineers and other employees work at the station.

It is worth noting the high professional skills of all Enter Engineering specialists involved in the construction, who sometimes worked in difficult weather conditions. At the peak of the work, 450 people and 52 units of special equipment were involved at the site. The implementation of this project will be another page in the glorious history of the company!
