Imam al-Bukhari is a famous Hadith scholar, an outstanding theologian of the East and a great ancestor of the Uzbek people. He went down in history as the author of the second most important Islamic book after the Koran, "Al-Zhomi as Sahih", which contains more than seven thousand legends based on incidents from the life or sayings of the Prophet. In 1997-1998, a memorial complex was built on his ancient mazar, located in the Payaryk district of the Samarkand region, in honor of the 1225th anniversary of the scientist's birth, which became one of the most important places of pilgrimage in Uzbekistan.

During the visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Samarkand region in 2017, it was decided to completely reconstruct the Imam al-Bukhari ensemble. The project implemented by Enter Engineering includes the construction of a 10,000-seat mosque with four 74-meter-high minarets, one 4-star, two 3-star hotels and 24 family guest houses; reconstruction of the mausoleum with an increase in its size from 9x9m to 13x13m. It is also planned to improve the territory with the creation of a thematic park that reflects the rich spiritual heritage of the Uzbek people, the creation of retail outlets, parking lots and other infrastructure facilities.

To date, the reconstruction process of the complex is in an active phase. The project is already completing the construction of reinforced concrete structures for mosques, aivans, administrative and service buildings. The metal structures of domes are manufactured at the Enter Steel plant in Yangiyul. The reinforced concrete bases of the four minarets are filled to the level of +10,800 meters, the installation of the external drainage system is 80% complete. Work has also started on drilling 8 operational and 1 observation wells of water reduction.

In addition, the construction of a communication tunnel in the courtyard of the facility has been completed and work continues on the installation of a heating main from the complex to the boiler room. Inside the buildings, work is underway on laying supply and exhaust ducts, and installation of air ducts of the smoke removal system and the frame of the facade facing marble of white color supplied from the Greek island of Thassos will soon begin.

More than a thousand employees and 82 units of Enter Engineering equipment are involved in the reconstruction and construction of the memorial complex. The company strives for the highest quality of work and pays special attention to ensuring the integrity and safety of natural objects existing on the territory of the complex. It is a great honor for us to contribute to the creation of the sacred center, which will become a place of pilgrimage for Muslims around the world, where they will be able to pay tribute to the memory of the great Islamic theologian Imam al-Bukhari.
