Today, Enter Engineering Ltd is one of the leading companies specializing in the construction of industrial facilities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since 2016, the company has been implementing a project to launch a modern complex for the production of ammonia and urea at "Navoiyazot" JSC. The construction of a modern complex for the production of mineral fertilizers with the introduction of modern energy-saving technologies will contribute not only to providing the domestic market with demanded products, but also significantly affect the increase in the export potential of the industry and the republic as a whole.
To date, at the construction site of the project, the general contractor and "Navoiyazot" JSC are making every effort to successfully put the complex into operation.
All hydraulic tests of pipelines and tanks have already been completed before the start of commissioning on the relevant equipment or pipeline.
The power supply at the substation has been carried out:
- BG-806 energy facilities zones;
- zones of off-factory facilities BG-807.
Mechanical running-in of instrumentation air compressors pos. 13-K-002 started on May 16, 2019, with subsequent commissioning for the phased purging of the KIP air lines.
BG-818 housing - raw water and demineralized water treatment plant:
- electricity supply to the housing 818 has been carried out, water intake has been carried out, flushing of lines has begun, equipment flushing and mechanical running-in of pumps has begun;
- - since September 15, the adjustment of the installation operation mode and the receipt of demineralized water has been started.
To date, the raw and demineralized water treatment plant is in operation. The operation is carried out by the personnel of "Navoiyazot" JSC trained by the General Contractor under the supervision of the General Contractor MHI.
From August 10 to September 15, a mechanical run-in of fire-fighting water pumps was carried out, fire-fighting pools were filled with water in volume
4400 m3, the operability of the entire fire protection system has been tested by supplying water to hydrants in the presence of IFS representatives, the entire fire protection system under water pressure is ready for operation.
Steam was applied to the construction site on September 6 , 2019 . At the moment, steam purging of low-pressure steam pipelines is underway.
Obtaining natural gas:
- September 28, 2019 admission to the torch pos.01-U-901;
- September 30, 2019 ignition of the auxiliary boiler item 16-B-001.
Work is underway on the commissioning of the auxiliary boiler pos.16-B-001:
- On October 10, chemical cleaning of the boiler from oil impurities was carried out;
- since October 15, steam purging of the boiler collectors has been carried out until there are no small mechanical particles on the surface of the test plate.
The start-up and regulation of the operation mode of the raw and demineralized water installation, auxiliary boiler are carried out from a remote control system (DCS) located in the main control room building.
For reference: The commissioning of the facility will allow to receive 660 thousand tons of ammonia and 577.5 thousand tons of urea per year, expand the range of mineral fertilizers produced on their basis. To implement the project, a contract was signed with a consortium of Japanese companies Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation on a turnkey basis.
