ENTER Engineering considers that investing into the development of professional skills of its staff is one of the major components of success in achieving strategic objectives and improving the efficiency of production processes. The Group has adopted a policy of training and professional development of employees both in corporate and industrial units.
As a part of the corporate training program in 2014 and 2015 the employees of the Group participated in educational programs in Istanbul and Tashkent. Moreover, in 2016 the members of Enter Engineering Group partook in the additional training program dedicated to management and marketing activities.
Furthermore, ENTER Engineering attracts young professionals into its internship program. Traditionally, the most notable and successful interns are recruited and offered graduate employment positions in our company.
